deploy_site names a file by sha256 and bytes, an upload link was
created for it with create_upload_urls (POST /sites/uploads), but the bytes
never arrived: nothing was PUT to the upload_url (it is valid for 15
minutes). This almost always means the environment of the chat or agent could
not reach the upload host; a code sandbox in a chat app often blocks it.
Hypamoon itself is working. Two ways out: send images under about 3 MB as
base64 in content of deploy_site instead, or create a drop link
(create_drop_link, POST /sites/drops) so the user uploads the files in a
browser, then read them with get_drop and deploy them by sha256. errors
names each file; user_message and next_step are in the error.
