The project started its maximum number of conversations for today:
1000 for a live project during the beta, 25 for a test project. limit holds
the number. The count resets at midnight, Europe/Amsterdam. Open conversations
keep working. If your app really needs more, contact Hypamoon support. Per
minute there is a separate limit, which gives rate_limited with a
Retry-After header.
