env.HYPAMOON.ai (ai.generate, ai.transcribe or
ai.getTranscription) was refused because AI processing is off for this app.
Since 23 October 2026 an app sends data to an AI processor only after an
explicit choice per app (ai.generate is processed in the United States).
Nothing ran and nothing was charged. The owner turns it on with deploy_app
and ai: { "enabled": true } (send site_id and ai only to change just
this, without a new version), or in the portal under Sites & apps, the app,
Settings, AI processing. get_app then lists each processor with its region
under ai.processors, to name in the app's privacy text. The user_message is neutral and safe to show; fall
back to the app's own logic.
