Hypamoon took this site offline because of abuse. The reason is in
detail and in taken_offline on the site, and the owner got it by email.
Visitors see a page that says the site is unavailable; the files are kept.
While it is offline the site cannot be changed or deleted. To object, reply to
the email or write to hello@hypamoon.com with the site address.
With reason: "project_blocked" it is about the whole project: one of its sites
was taken offline for abuse, so the project cannot publish anything until we
lift the block. No new deploys of sites or apps, no new versions, previews or
rollbacks. Sites that are online keep working and can be read. Outbound calls
and SMS (telephony_unavailable) and email (email_paused) are blocked too;
inbound calls keep working. Tell the user, and do not try to work around it:
reply to the email about the site or write to hello@hypamoon.com.
