A dedicated sending IP, warmed up and managed by us, on Business and Enterprise. It pays off from about 100,000 emails a month at a steady volume. Below that, a shared IP gets your mail delivered better, so that is what we advise.
It costs €49 a month per IP, excluding VAT.
