When do I start paying?
When you want the badge gone, more room, payments on your site or a number. Building and trying are free.
How does the prepaid balance work?
You top up a balance in the portal. Calls, texts and other usage come off it right away, so there is no bill at the end of the month.
Can I go over my budget?
No. Anything billed per use stops at the cap you set, unless you raise it.
Is version history included on Free?
Yes, on every plan. Free and Online keep versions for 30 days, Reachable 90 days, Business a year. A version you label stays longer.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude VAT.
