The chat widget cannot chat right now, and the visitor is not told
why. Behind it is a reason for you, not for your visitor: the balance is empty,
the spending cap is reached, the company verification is missing or was
refused, the assistant is not set up, or a check could not be done for a moment.
The portal shows the real reason, and so does a conversation you start with
your API key (POST /api/v1/conversations): that gives the specific error. Fix
that and the widget works again; for a temporary cause, wait the seconds in
Retry-After.
