The public chat token was revoked. On a /api/v1/public route
(401) the widget stops: no new conversations and no more messages in open ones.
Create a new token with POST /api/v1/chat-tokens or in the portal and replace
the snippet on your website. PATCH /api/v1/chat-tokens/{id} on a revoked token
gives 409: a revoked token cannot be changed or switched back on.
