env.HYPAMOON.ai.generate in an app's server code was refused because
the AI credit of the app's project is used up (the AI credit in the plan and the
balance). Nothing ran and nothing was charged. The error carries a
user_message in the app's language that never mentions credit or amounts, so
the app can show it as is; the app should fall back to its own logic. The
project owner tops up the balance in the portal, or turns on automatic top-up.
