The call needs the owner's approval first, with an approval_id and
the time it expires (72 hours). Every write through an adapter (create,
update) needs it, and so does a read under a rule with mode approval. The
owner sees the adapter, the item and the data in the portal and clicks Approve
or Reject. A read: make exactly the same call again after Approve. A write:
Hypamoon makes it once by itself after Approve; the same call again shows the
outcome with already_done: true and never writes twice.
