Not an HTTP response: a run of an agent in a test project is logged
as skipped with this reason (GET /agents/{id}/runs). The first 20 model calls per test project per day
(all agents together) are free; after that each model call is deducted from the
prepaid balance of your live project the same way as live, billed per use. This reason means the
free calls for today are used up and the live project has no balance and no
saved card. Add credit at https://app.hypamoon.com/tegoed, or wait until
midnight (Europe/Amsterdam), when the free calls reset.
