The change would replace or delete something that is live now (a DNS
record on an active domain, an old record on a subdomain, a nameserver switch
that does not match yet). Nothing was changed. The error holds preflight
(what changes, what is live there now, whether email is affected), a
diagnosis, and fix: the same call with the confirmation flag set
(confirm_overwrite, replace_existing, ignore_preflight or confirm). Show
the preflight to the user and only send fix after they agree. Most of these
changes can be reversed for 30 days with undo_dns_change.
