A personal account asked for a national number. The telecom
registration of a national number asks for the full legal company name as
registered in the business register, so it needs a business. Nothing was
ordered. Either order a number with a local area code, which a
personal account can have after uploading proof of address and an ID in the
Hypamoon portal under Verification, or add business details with
PUT /api/v1/project/company (account_type: "business", company_name and
the registration number) and order again.
