Nothing was sent: before the first email to an address we check that it
can receive email, and this one did not pass. check says why:
likely_typo (a typo in a big mail domain, like gmial.com; suggestion has the
address that was probably meant), domain_not_found (the domain does not
exist), no_mail_server (the domain does not accept email), disposable (a
throwaway address; only refused for category other) or invalid_syntax.
recipient names the address and user_message is a sentence for the user.
Ask the user for the right address; never correct it on your own. Check
addresses up front with check_email_address (POST /api/v1/email-recipients/check). If the user is sure the address is right,
send again with check_recipients: false. An address that bounced before is
always refused (recipient_not_allowed with suppression: "hard_bounce").
