Something went wrong on our side. Unless detail says otherwise,
nothing was changed and you can retry. If detail says the number was ordered
but could not be saved, do not order again: contact support with the
request_id. The same goes for a call: if detail says the call was started,
do not call again; look for it in GET /api/v1/calls.
