A request about a conversation of the chat widget had no
X-Conversation-Token, a wrong one, or one older than 6 hours. That secret
comes with POST /api/v1/public/conversations and is only valid for that one
conversation and that public chat token. The widget then starts a new
conversation. A conversation started with your API key can never be read or
continued through a public route.
