A phone number is registered to a business or a person, and the
project's details are incomplete. missing lists the fields, as paths of
PUT /api/v1/project/company (registration_number, contact.name; for a
company in the Netherlands the registration number is kvk_number). Send that request
with all fields, then order again. For a company in the EU outside the
Netherlands, vat_number is listed until VIES has confirmed it as valid; for a
company outside the EU, registration_number is listed until it is set.
You do not need a company: a personal account (account_type: "personal")
needs only the user's own name and phone number as the contact and the user's
address. If a personal account is not available for the country of that address
yet, validation_failed says so. In test mode no registration or VAT number is
ever listed.
