We do not send an SMS to this number. reason says why:
not_a_dutch_mobile_number (the number is not a mobile number in a country we
send SMS to yet; landlines and national numbers are not supported either),
premium_or_service_number (premium-rate, service and satellite numbers never),
test_number (a test number with a live key) or
test_mode_requires_test_number (with a test key, send to a test number from
+447700900000 to +447700900999; +447700900999 simulates a failed
delivery). Check the number your app collected; never retry the same request.
For outbound calls (POST /api/v1/calls) the assistant does not call this
number. reason is one of: invalid_number, premium_rate,
service_number (service and short numbers), test_number (a test number
with a live key), satellite, high_cost_country, platform_number (a number
on our platform, or one of your own test numbers: calling it would loop back),
country_not_supported (we do not call this country yet; the error then has
user_message and waitlist_url, a link to the waitlist for that country), number_type_not_supported
(toll-free and other types the assistant does not call) or
test_mode_requires_test_number (with a test key, call a test number from
+447700900000 to +447700900999).
