The file an app requested an upload link for is larger than one file may
be on this plan (max_bytes). The detail and next_step say how the app can
make it smaller (a photo scaled down on a canvas, audio at a lower bitrate, a
shorter video clip). Ask the user for a smaller file, or upgrade the plan for
larger files. All files of a project together also count toward the files in
the plan (plan_limit_reached with limit bestanden).
