Searching or ordering numbers, sending SMS or making an outbound call is not available at the moment. Nothing was ordered or sent, and nobody was called. Try again later; the same Idempotency-Key works.

For POST /api/v1/calls with a live key it can also mean that live outbound calling is not switched on yet: we turn it on step by step. Test mode works in the meantime.

With reason: "outbound_paused" outbound calls and SMS are paused: for the platform, for one country, or for this project. detail says which. When the project is blocked after a site was taken offline for abuse (see site_offline), inbound calls keep working and nothing goes out until we lift the block.
