The check that the visitor is a person failed,
expired or was missing when the widget started a conversation. The widget shows
the check again by itself. If it keeps failing for real visitors, check that
nothing on your page blocks the frame from api.hypamoon.com (a
Content-Security-Policy with frame-src, an ad blocker). You can turn the check off per token (turnstile: false), but then
only the limits stand between your balance and a bot.
