The attachments of this email are over the limit: at most 10
attachments, and at most 10 MB together (limit_bytes). index says which
attachment went over. Send a link to the file instead, or make it smaller.
Inline content also counts against the size of the request (about 4 MB); for a
larger file use media_id (a file in Media) or path (a file on one of the
project's sites).
