The conversation reached its maximum number of turns (max_turns, 30).
A turn is one customer message with its reply. The conversation is closed and
its summary follows. If the customer wants to continue, start a new conversation
with POST /api/v1/conversations. A conversation that keeps going this long is
often a loop in your code or a bot behind your website; check that first.
