POST /api/v1/numbers and POST /api/v1/calls need an
Idempotency-Key header: 1 to 255 visible characters without spaces, for
example a UUID. Create one for every new order or call (like
appointment-8812-confirm), store it with the order or call, and reuse it when you retry. A
retry with the same key never orders a second number or calls the person twice.
We remember a key for 24 hours.
