The read-only query from query_app_db (POST /api/v1/apps/{id}/query)
reached the app's database but SQLite refused it, for example a table or column
that does not exist or a syntax error. Nothing changed: the query only reads.
get_app_schema (GET /api/v1/apps/{id}/schema) shows the tables and columns;
fix the query and send it again.
