The resource in the URL does not exist, or it belongs to another project.
We do not say which: an id from another project looks exactly like one that
never existed. Check the id you used. A path that is not an endpoint at all
(a typo, like /api/v1/call) gives the same error; detail names the path, and
GET /api/v1/openapi.json lists every endpoint.
