A forward node points to a phone number we do not forward to. errors
lists every such target with its path (nodes.team.targets.0.e164) and the
reason. With a live key a target must be a mobile, geographic, national or
toll-free number in a country your project supports. Never allowed: premium-rate,
service and short numbers, test numbers, and any Hypamoon number (forwarding to
it would loop). With a test key a target must
be a test number from +447700900000 to +447700900999 that is free or one of
your own test numbers. Change the targets and send the whole plan again.
