Too many requests: the limit is 120 per minute per key. Number search (GET /api/v1/numbers/available) has its own limit of 20 per minute per project, and sending SMS (POST /api/v1/messages) one of 30 per minute per project. Chat has two more: 20 new conversations per minute per project (POST /api/v1/conversations) and 12 messages per minute per conversation (POST /api/v1/conversations/{id}/messages). The chat widget has its own limits per IP address and per public chat token on the /api/v1/public routes (see the recipe "Add a chat widget to your website" in the quickstart). Wait the number of seconds in Retry-After, then continue. Search results stay the same for 60 seconds, so reuse them instead of searching again.

For outbound calls (POST /api/v1/calls) a project can start at most 5 calls per minute. Nobody was called; wait the seconds in Retry-After and send the same request again with the same Idempotency-Key. The limits per day and on calls at the same time have their own errors: call_limit_reached and concurrent_call_limit.
