A number with a local area code (type: "geographic") needs
documents: proof of address, a copy of an ID and, for a business, an extract
from the business register (a personal account needs no extract). That is the number_documents verification level. Upload them in the Hypamoon portal under
Verification; they cannot be uploaded through the API. missing lists what is
still needed, with the same codes as verification in GET /api/v1/project.
A business can use a national number instead (non-geographic, it works across
the country).
