You asked for a call with purpose set to marketing, and this
project has no recorded consent from this person. Under Dutch telemarketing
rules a sales or promotional call to a consumer needs their prior consent, and
since 1 July 2026 that also applies to existing customers. Nobody was called.
Record the consent first with POST /api/v1/call-consents (or the MCP tool
record_call_consent), with where it came from and a reference to the proof.
If the call answers the person's own question, confirms or reminds them of an
appointment, gives an order status or returns a callback they asked for, it is
transactional: send purpose: "transactional" (the default).
