The conversation is closed and takes no more messages. close_reason
says why: closed (you called POST /api/v1/conversations/{id}/close),
inactive (no message for 30 minutes) or turn_limit (it reached its maximum
number of turns). Start a new conversation with POST /api/v1/conversations.
The summary of the old one comes with the webhook
conversation.summary.ready and in GET /api/v1/conversations/{id}.
