The chat widget reached a daily limit: the number of new conversations
per day of this public chat token (default 200, up to 1000, set per token), or
the daily spending limit of the project's public chat (default 5 euro of replies
per day, up to 1000, set in the portal; 0 turns the live widget off). The count
resets at midnight, Europe/Amsterdam. Raise the limit if your site really needs
more; a sudden jump is often a bot, so look at the conversations in the portal
first. Per minute and per hour there are separate limits, which give
rate_limited with a Retry-After header.
