This month's spending cap is reached. Everything deducted from your balance this calendar month counts toward the cap: calls (inbound and outbound), numbers and SMS. For POST /messages and POST /numbers the price of the request itself counts too, and so does the reply to a chat message: when this month's spending plus this request would pass the cap, nothing is sent or ordered and the assistant does not answer. The body carries spend_cap_eur and spent_eur. Raise the cap under Billing in the portal (https://app.hypamoon.com/instellingen/facturen) or wait until next month. A balance does not lift the cap: the cap is there so a mistake in your code can never spend more than you planned.
