The project reached its daily email limit (limit in the error), or the limit on new recipients that only appear in documents your app wrote (reason: "new_recipients_limit", with used_today). The limits count over the last 24 hours. The daily limit is raised by hello@hypamoon.com. The limit on new recipients grows by itself: 25 to start, 100 and then 500 as emails are delivered without bounces or spam complaints, sooner with a verified business or a paid plan; user_message says what helps, and list_emails shows it in mail.new_recipients. App users who signed in, buyers and addresses the owner confirmed never count toward it.
