Your prepaid balance is too low for this request: sending this SMS,
ordering this number, answering this chat message or starting this outbound
call would take the balance below zero, so nothing was sent, ordered, answered
or called. The body carries balance_eur (your balance now), required_eur (what
this request costs) and auto_reload_started (true when an automatic top-up
with your saved card has just started). When auto_reload_started is true,
retry in a minute. Otherwise top up your balance in the portal
(https://app.hypamoon.com/tegoed), or save a card there so the balance is topped
up automatically when it runs low. GET /api/v1/balance shows your balance and
the latest transactions. Test mode is free and never returns this error.
