Sending is paused for this project because too many recent emails
bounced (more than 5% of the last 200) or someone marked one as spam (more than
0.1%). detail says which. Check the recipients: mail only people who asked for
it, at addresses they gave you. After bounces the owner can resume in the
portal (Mail); after spam complaints contact hello@hypamoon.com.
With reason: "project_blocked" the project is blocked after one of its sites
was taken offline for abuse (see site_offline); nothing is sent until we lift
the block.
