With 402 the project is on the Free plan, and this call would
go above what Free includes: 3 sites per project, 10 MB of data, 100 MB of
files, one team member, and phone numbers and payments in test mode only.
Nothing was changed. next_step says what to do: upgrade to Online in the
portal (Plan), or make room (update or delete a site, delete documents you no
longer need). limit says which limit, plan the current plan and
upgrade_to the next plan up. Paid plans have no limit on sites;
data and files above the plan are billed per GB-month from the balance. With the trust
model for free sites switched on, Free has no limit on sites either (see
site_limit_reached for the daily limit on new sites).
With 409 the project is on a paid plan and would go above the 10 GB of data a project can hold. Delete documents you no longer need, or ask Hypamoon about an Enterprise plan.
For apps (POST /api/v1/apps, deploy_app), limit is apps: the Free plan
includes one app per project, and a new app above that gets 402 (a new version
of an existing app always works). With 409 a project on a paid plan already has
the maximum number of apps a project can have.
