A website tried to write to or read from a collection that does not
allow it. Writing from a form needs access.public_write, reading from a page
needs access.public_read; turn the one you need on with your API key
(PATCH /api/v1/collections/{id} or the MCP tool update_collection). A
collection is private until you do. Form entries never reach the assistant, not
even with assistant_read.
