The logo in the inbox (BIMI) needs DMARC with p=quarantine or
p=reject for all mail (no pct below 100), and this domain does not have that
yet. Nothing was changed. dmarc shows the current record. Making DMARC
stricter is the user's decision: do it only once their email passes DMARC, or
real mail gets rejected. Then call set_email_bimi again.
