In practice

What it takes in a real Yuki (Nmbrs Accounting) administration.

Getting access
A user with the Portal administrator or Management role creates a web service API key in Nmbrs Accounting (Yuki) and notes the administration ID; the integration logs in with that key.
Limits
1,000 web service calls per day per domain for free; the paid Webservice feature raises this to 5,000 and Webservice Extended to 10,000 calls per day. support.yuki.nl
Writing
Read and write. Add journal entries, sales invoices, petty cash transactions, documents, contacts and projects; the Purchase service needs a formal request and an extra client ID and secret.
Cost
More than 1,000 calls a day needs a paid Webservice feature, and in the Minimal bundle the Sales web service is a paid extra; prices are not published on that page. support.yuki.nl

What you can build

Send sales invoices from your own order or project tool into Nmbrs Accounting as they are made, and ask your chat for the outstanding items of one customer.

Your chat writes it as a Hypamoon adapter from the docs above. Reading starts after you click Allow in the portal, and every write waits for your approval, one call at a time. How adapters work

Good to know

  • Your adapter uses a fixed key: you paste it once in the Hypamoon portal, never in the chat, and it only goes to the API host you allow.
  • Yuki is now called Nmbrs Accounting. The API is SOAP with XML, and the endpoint depends on your country (api.yukiworks.nl or api.yukiworks.be).

Try it in your chat

First get access from Yuki (Nmbrs Accounting). Then fill in what to read and write, and send it.

Say this in your chat

Build the Hypamoon recipe build-an-adapter for Yuki (Nmbrs Accounting). API docs: https://support.yuki.nl/en/support/solutions/articles/80000787670-yuki-api-link. Read: [what]. Write: [what, or nothing].

In Claude, or another chat with the full Hypamoon connection; adapters are not in ChatGPT yet. You paste the key in the portal, never in the chat. The full recipe

The same three checks work for any software. Your chat reads the vendor's own docs and tells you what it found.

Check if [software] has an open API that a Hypamoon adapter can use: public API docs, a key or token I can create myself without asking the vendor, and versions or a changelog. Link the pages you used.
