Connect Ridder iQ to Hypamoon
We could not confirm it. Ridder iQ passes some of our checks, but not all three could be confirmed from its own docs.
UnknownThe check
Three questions about the API of Ridder iQ, answered from its own docs.
- Public API docs
- Not confirmed. The public manual describes API key management and a Custom API, but no public endpoint reference was found. Read the docs
- A key you create yourself
- No. An administrator can create API keys in Ridder iQ, but only with the separate API module (paid module, ask your account manager). eu-manuals.ecisolutions.com
- Versions or a changelog
- Yes. New Ridder iQ version every two months with release notes (for example 2026R5); no separate API changelog found. eu-manuals.ecisolutions.com
- How it signs in
- API keys that an administrator creates in Ridder iQ under API key management; each key decides which administration an app can reach.
- Webhooks
- Not confirmed.
- Hosting
- Cloud and self-hosted
- Condition
- API key management is part of the separate API module.
In practice
What it takes in a real Ridder iQ administration.
- Getting access
- An administrator with the API module opens System, Settings, API key management in Ridder iQ and adds a key for the app.
- Limits
- None published.
- Writing
- Not confirmed. Not confirmed from public documentation.
- Cost
- API key management is part of a separate API module; ask your ECI account manager about the licence. eu-manuals.ecisolutions.com
What you can do instead
Ask Ridder iQ whether they offer API access to customers. If a public API appears, ask your chat to check it again.
- Your adapter uses a fixed key: you paste it once in the Hypamoon portal, never in the chat, and it only goes to the API host you allow.
- With an on-premises installation the API must be reachable from the internet over HTTPS; check with ECI or your Ridder partner which API your version has.
- An API exists, but its endpoint documentation is not public. Ask ECI or your Ridder partner for the API module and its documentation before you plan an adapter.

Tool not listed? Ask the chat to check its API.
The same three checks work for any software. Your chat reads the vendor's own docs and tells you what it found.
Check if [software] has an open API that a Hypamoon adapter can use: public API docs, a key or token I can create myself without asking the vendor, and versions or a changelog. Link the pages you used.
Fill in the name of your software. Checking needs no connection to Hypamoon.
Ready to connect Ridder iQ?
Connect your chat once, then ask it to build the adapter.
