What it takes in a real AFAS Profit administration.
- Getting access
- Your AFAS administrator creates an app connector in Profit, ticks the GetConnectors and UpdateConnectors it may use, and generates a token for it; you get the token and the environment number.
- Limits
- No rate limit in calls per minute is published. A call times out after about 15 minutes, a call may be at most 75 MB, and AFAS may contact you if you keep fetching the same large data set every minute. help.afas.nl
- Writing
- Read and write. Add (POST) and change (PUT) records through the UpdateConnectors switched on in the app connector, for example debtors, employees, projects or orders.
- Cost
- Not published.

Good to know
- Your adapter uses a fixed key: you paste it once in the Hypamoon portal, never in the chat, and it only goes to the API host you allow.
- Only connectors switched on in the app connector can be called. Webhooks exist only for dossier items and workflows. The address has your environment number in it, for example 12345.rest.afas.online.
