Hypamoon

You build the AI service. Hypamoon runs it.

It also bills your client every month and keeps the service running. Your chat already builds the agent; the hard part is where it runs and how it becomes a service people pay for. On Hypamoon each client gets their own project, and the money goes into your own payment account.

Set up a client project for a dental practice. A line that answers when the desk is busy, a list of callback requests, and a monthly fee I charge them.

One client, one project.

  1. Start a project for the client. Before they have an account. It stays in test until the client takes it over, and it does not count against your own project limit.
  2. Build it from your own chat.Every tool works on the client project you name, so you never switch accounts or share keys.
  3. Hand it over, or keep running it.Send the client a link to take ownership and keep working on it, or hand it over and step out. A client who already has a project gives you access with one click.

Your client pays you, every month.

Send a payment link or start a subscription from your chat, on your own Mollie or Stripe account. The money goes to you. Our fee is 1% plus €0.10 per payment, on top of what your payment provider charges.

  • A monthly feeA subscription with the first payment as the mandate. Not every payment account supports subscriptions yet; your chat tells you.
  • Usage per clientWhat each client project used this month, by source, to bill with your own margin.
  • Invoice linesUsage per month as JSON or CSV, ready for your own invoicing tool. We send your client no invoice.
  • You choose who paysThe client pays usage from their own balance, or you pay it and bill it on. Both sides agree before it changes.
  • A budget per clientThe most you pay for one client a month. At the budget, paid usage stops and you get one email.
  • Test firstPayments stay simulated while the project is in test. No money moves.

Example: a dental practice.

A made-up practice, to show how the parts fit. The desk is busy between nine and eleven, and the phone keeps ringing. You build them a line that rings the desk first and lets the AI answer when nobody picks up. It notes who called, whether it is a new appointment or a callback, and saves the request in the practice's list.

At 7:30 every morning an agent sends the desk the list of open requests, oldest first. The practice manager signs in to a small portal to mark what is done. You charge a monthly fee through a subscription on your own account, and the call minutes go on the practice's balance, or on yours with a budget.

Your client stays in control.

  • They say yes firstA client sees what your agency may do and who pays, and accepts before you start.
  • Live is their choiceYour access stays in test until the client allows live.
  • Every step in their logWhat your agency did is marked with your agency's name.
  • They can stop itA client revokes your access in their portal, and can ask for approval before each of your deploys.

A partner program is coming.

We are shaping it with the first agencies. Tell us what you build and for whom, and we will get in touch.

Build it in your chat.

Change the practice to your own client, and see the project in test a few minutes later.

Say this in your chat

Create a client project on Hypamoon for a dental practice. Give it a line that answers when the desk is busy and saves callback requests, and email the desk the open requests every morning at 7:30. Keep it in test and give me the link to hand it over.
