Connect SAP Business One to Hypamoon

In practice

What it takes in a real SAP Business One administration.

Getting access
Your SAP partner or IT administrator makes the Service Layer reachable over HTTPS and creates an SAP Business One user for the integration; the integration logs in with company database, user name and password.
Limits
None published.
Writing
Read and write. Standard create, read and update on entities such as business partners, sales orders, invoices and items, plus document actions.
Cost
SAP says a technical integration user needs an Indirect Access licence (user based or for non employees); check the exact licence with your partner. learning.sap.com

What you can build

A web order form or customer portal that puts sales orders and new business partners straight into SAP Business One, and a chat check on stock per item.

Your chat writes it as a Hypamoon adapter from the docs above. Reading starts after you click Allow in the portal, and every write waits for your approval, one call at a time. How adapters work

Good to know

  • Your adapter uses a fixed key: you paste it once in the Hypamoon portal, never in the chat, and it only goes to the API host you allow.
  • The Service Layer runs on your own SAP Business One server or at your hosting partner. It must be reachable from the internet over HTTPS, and the available endpoints depend on your version and feature pack.

Try it in your chat

SAP Business One is a name of its owner, used here only to describe the software. This page is not an official integration and Hypamoon has no partnership with SAP Business One. Found something that changed? Tell us at support.

Tool not listed? Ask the chat to check its API.

The same three checks work for any software. Your chat reads the vendor's own docs and tells you what it found.

Say this in your chat

Check if [software] has an open API that a Hypamoon adapter can use: public API docs, a key or token I can create myself without asking the vendor, and versions or a changelog. Link the pages you used.

Fill in the name of your software. Checking needs no connection to Hypamoon.
