Hypamoon

The office sees the quay without calling the yard.

One live map of a port warehouse: docks, trucks, forklifts and cranes, with every shipment and its arrival time. An example, built for a fictional warehouse called Northdock.

The Northdock operations app: an isometric map of the hub with warehouses, docks, trucks and container stacks, figures for orders and trucks on the left, and live lists of docks, forklifts and trucks on the right. Northdock on a phone: the map of the hub, the figures in a sheet at the bottom, and a tab bar with Map, Docks, Trucks, Forklifts and Activity.
The app with simulated example data. Click a truck, a forklift or a pallet.Open the app

The office could not see what was happening on the quay.

Which truck is at which dock, which forklift is charging, what is still waiting on the quay. The office had the orders, the yard had the picture, and the only way to join them was a phone call.

What we built.

One live map, published from a chat.

  • The hub as a mapDocks, trucks, forklifts, cranes and pallets, in light and dark, on a screen or a phone.
  • Click anythingA truck shows its carrier, cargo and arrival time. A forklift shows its battery and zone.
  • Lists next to the mapDocks, trucks and forklifts as tables, and a search that flies to what you are looking for.
  • Act where you lookFlag a truck for the yard, send a forklift to charge or mark a pallet picked, with undo and an activity list.

How the team uses it now.

  1. Office and floor look at the same map.On a screen in the office and on a phone at the dock.
  2. Click a truck and see what it carries. And where it is, without a call to the yard.
  3. Act right from the map.The activity list shows what was done, and when.

The build, in short.

  1. deploy_siteThe map, the figures and the lists, live on their own address.
  2. The dataIn this example a simulation stands in. For a real hub the map can read the WMS through an adapter.

The gap between the AI and the floor.

The model is not the hard part. The hard part is getting it into the way a team already works: their mail, their systems, their approvals. That is the work of a forward deployed engineer, and Hypamoon is where the tool runs the same morning.
