Good to know
- Your adapter uses a fixed key: you paste it once in the Hypamoon portal, never in the chat, and it only goes to the API host you allow.
- For an on-premises TOPdesk, your installation must be reachable from the internet over HTTPS; the available API depends on your TOPdesk version.
- Use a dedicated API operator; with the API Account option it does not count as a paid operator. Outgoing calls on events are set up with action sequences.
