Connect Microsoft 365 to Hypamoon
Yes, with one catch. Microsoft 365 has an open API that you can use yourself, but it signs in with OAuth only, and that takes more work in a Hypamoon adapter today.
OpenThe check
Three questions about the API of Microsoft 365, answered from its own docs.
- Public API docs
- Yes. Microsoft Graph is publicly documented on Microsoft Learn. Read the docs
- A key you create yourself
- Yes. Register an app in Microsoft Entra ID yourself. Application permissions need admin consent from your own tenant admin. learn.microsoft.com
- Versions or a changelog
- Yes. Stable v1.0 endpoint next to beta, with a What's new page and changelog. learn.microsoft.com
- How it signs in
- OAuth 2.0 through an app you register in Microsoft Entra ID. With the client credentials flow the app uses a client secret or certificate, without a signed-in user.
- Webhooks
- Yes. It can tell your app when something changes. learn.microsoft.com

What you can build
Search mail, calendars and files, and draft emails or add calendar events from your chat.
Your chat writes it as a Hypamoon adapter from the docs above. Reading starts after you click Allow in the portal, and every write waits for your approval, one call at a time. How adapters work
Good to know
- Microsoft 365 signs in with OAuth or signed requests only, with tokens that expire. The Hypamoon vault holds a fixed key today, so an adapter for Microsoft 365 takes more work: ask your chat to check this first.
- Client secrets last at most 24 months, so plan to rotate them. Change notification subscriptions expire and must be renewed.
Try it in your chat
Fill in what to read and write, and send it.

In Claude, or another chat with the full Hypamoon connection; adapters are not in ChatGPT yet. You paste the key in the portal, never in the chat. The full recipe

Microsoft 365 is a name of its owner, used here only to describe the software. This page is not an official integration and Hypamoon has no partnership with Microsoft 365. Found something that changed? Tell us at support.
Tool not listed? Ask the chat to check its API.
The same three checks work for any software. Your chat reads the vendor's own docs and tells you what it found.
Check if [software] has an open API that a Hypamoon adapter can use: public API docs, a key or token I can create myself without asking the vendor, and versions or a changelog. Link the pages you used.
Fill in the name of your software. Checking needs no connection to Hypamoon.
