Newme2day is a recruitment and staffing agency in the Netherlands. Lisanne, a recruiter there, built its site, its applications, a tool that makes CVs anonymous and its hours portal herself, in ChatGPT with Hypamoon connected. When something has to change, she changes it.

Lisanne is a recruiter there. She is not a developer.

Every change used to wait for someone else.

An agency runs on vacancies people can find, applications that reach a recruiter, CVs that go to a client without the candidate's details, and hours that a client approves each week so the temp gets paid.

At Newme2day an outside party built the website and the hours portal, and making a CV anonymous was handwork in PDF software. In October 2026 Lisanne moved all of it onto Hypamoon, from her own chat.

    Every open vacancy has its own page, with filters by place and field and an open application for everyone else. A vacancy is live when Lisanne wants it live: she adds or changes it from her chat.

    Applications with a CV

    newme2day.nl/vacatures

    Every vacancy and the open application take a name, an email address, a phone number and a CV as a PDF. The application lands in the agency's own data and in the recruiter's inbox, sent from newme2day.nl. A bot check keeps the forms clean.

    CV Studio, a CV made anonymous

    A CV made anonymous in a few clicks, instead of handwork in PDF software. Open a CV as a PDF and the tool suggests what to hide: the name, contact details, addresses, photos and references. Check every page, draw an extra box where needed, and download a new PDF in which every page is an image, so hidden text is gone, not just covered. It runs in the browser: the CV is not sent to a server.

    Mijn Newme2day, the hours portal

    portal.newme2day.nl

    Hours go through the portal instead of back and forth. Temps fill in each day: where, start, break and end. They submit the week, and the person responsible at the client approves it. Each step sends an email. The agency sees every week per person and per team, exports to PDF, Excel or CSV, and still has the history from the old portal. Sign-in is by invitation, with three roles. A client sees that someone was absent, never why.

Most of what people build with AI stays in the chat. Here it runs the agency's week: a temp logs a day on a phone, a client approves the week, a recruiter sends an anonymous CV to a client.

Lisanne built it in ChatGPT with Hypamoon connected, and changes it there too. No developer to brief, no supplier to wait for, no server to look after.
