What we promise.
You are the seller and the money is paid into your own Mollie account. We never hold it.
Prices and stock come from your own data and are checked on our server at every order, so nobody can change an amount on the page.
Buyers get an order confirmation by email. Refunds and order status are a sentence in your chat.
Your chat makes a test purchase first. Nothing goes live until you give the go-ahead.
Before you start.
Whose payment account is it?
Yours. You connect your own account and buyers pay you directly.
What about VAT and invoices?
You are the seller, so the VAT is yours. Where available, a paid order gets an invoice in your name, never in ours; your order data is yours to export.
Can I sell subscriptions?
For access to your site, yes: once or every month. A product is a one-off payment.
Is it on for my project?
Ask your chat: it tells you whether your project takes real payments or is still in test mode.
