# Give your agent an inbox.

support@, orders@ or invoices@ on your own domain. Mail comes in, your agent reads it, answers the easy questions with answers you approved and asks you about the rest. Each conversation stays in one thread, for you, your team and the agent.

## What happens

1.  Your agent sets up support@ on your domain, with a team inbox where only people you invite sign in. A mailbox you already have keeps working.
2.  It suggests a few answers to the questions you get most, like your opening hours or how to reach you. You read them and press Approve on the ones you agree with.
3.  A customer asks a plain question that one of those answers covers? They get that answer right away, in the same email thread.
4.  Anything that needs a promise, like a price, a discount, a date or a refund, waits for you as a draft. Change it if you like and press Send.

## What you need

-   **Claude with Hypamoon connected.** Another chat with the full Hypamoon connection works too. Receiving email is not offered in ChatGPT yet. You connect once, and it takes a few minutes.
-   **A domain of your own.** No domain yet? Your agent suggests a few names first.

## Good to know

-   Only answers you approved go out by themselves, word for word. Change one, and it waits for your Approve again.
-   With Try it in the inbox you see what the agent would do with an email, before a customer sends one.
-   An email that tries to give the agent orders gets no say over what goes out: the agent only picks from the answers you approved.
